Aliado LGBT
Independence needs to be a city for everyone no matter who they are. That of course also includes those who are LGBT.
While I am not LGBT myself, I am committed to be the best ally I can be. That means listening to those who are LGBT and making sure they feel safe and included in all things Independence.
Independence necesita ser una ciudad para todos no importa quien somos. Por supuesto esto incluye a la comunidad LGBT.
Aunque no pertenezco a la comunidad LGBT, yo estoy compremetido a ser a mejor aliado que yo pueda ser. Esto significa que yo escucharé a la comunidad LGBT y me aseguré de que ellos se sientan seguros e incluidos en todas cosas de Independence.
